Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons and the nature of the products, the following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- Undergarments (briefs, boxers, shapewear, etc.)
- Socks
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Items purchased during a special sale or promotion where “No Returns/Exchanges” is explicitly stated.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- The specific item(s) you wish to return or exchange

4. Shipping the Return Item
