1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LiteWoo Labs website (youngbazar.com) and purchasing our plugins or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. License to Use Plugins

When you purchase a plugin from LiteWoo Labs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on your WordPress/WooCommerce website. Each license is valid for:

• Single Site License: Use on one website
• Lifetime License: Use for as long as the product is supported
• Annual License: Use for the duration of your active subscription

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our plugins without written permission.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plugin purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

Custom development services have a different refund policy — discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

4. Support Policy

All plugin purchases include lifetime support for bug fixes and basic questions. Support does not include custom modifications, third-party conflicts, or feature requests. Custom development projects include 6 months of free support.

5. Updates

Plugins receive updates for compatibility with the latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions. Active license holders receive updates automatically. Lifetime license holders receive updates while the product is actively maintained.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions continue at the original price until renewal. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal.

7. Automatic Renewal

Annual licenses renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before renewal. To cancel auto-renewal, contact us or manage your subscription in your account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our plugins for illegal purposes
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify our plugins
• Share license keys with unauthorized users
• Use our plugins on websites with illegal content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our plugins and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our plugins will work with all third-party themes or plugins, or that they will be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiteWoo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our plugins or services.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the plugin and delete all copies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
